I wouldn't like homeless people sleeping outside my house so something needs to be done!  I think if terrible that they have made such a mess in London like sleeping in the parks.

In my opinion if those spikes are installed on Private property which looks here to be the case then what is all the fuss is about... Private means just that.. Private.. If they are seen installed on public property then maybe that would be a different matter.
Barbie

Do you think they will be installed elsewhere? If so, where will the homeless sleep? What if you were to fall on them? would you sue? Are they legal?

If  you were injured on them on public property then yes i think you would have a case.  If you were injured on them on Private property then Tuff, what are you doing on somebody elses property, homeless or not you should not be there.

What about postmen, parcel deliveries? Milk men?

In all honesty, I'm sick of homeless drunks hanging about my road and close by too. They vomit everywhere, urinate and say lewd stuff to women as we pass by. They leave cans and bottles everywhere, littering the environment that I live in, the one I pay taxes for (bins and street cleaning) They sit at the bottom of my road and if I could buy these spikes to make sure they didn't, then. I would do!

I just reckon before long, there will be court cases going on.....

The police should do something about those that cause so much trouble.
Barbie

Barbie
