Washing machine.....

broke down on Sunday.......got some one in to look at it..the drum and the bearings have gone.....not sure to where........bladdy thing is only 3 years old

Luckily we are covered by our B Gas home care insurance so it wont cost to get repaired but I now have to wait til Friday til they can come and fix it....surprising how much you can miss a washing machine..... Laughing

Still beats having to buy a new one.....just wish things were made to last these days Evil or Very Mad
Barbie

Lizzie, I find that washing machines don't last that long so I think if you get 3 years you are doing well.
Barbie

I've had mine for about 7 years. Indisit. I quite recommend them.

In SA we had a top loader.....it was huge but boy did they build them to last...... Laughing

It was so nice to be able to put stuff in from the top rather than having to bend down and it quite happily took large amounts of washing

We have had our Hotpoint for four years (fingers crossed)!
