This is a really interesting website covering all things nature.

The 'Coronation meadows' plan caught my eye which I think is a brilliant idea as some wild flowers are in danger of dying out.

Local authorities can also help by nor mowing the verges so often.  It is lovely to see wild flowers, instead of just grass.

Thats a nice site Valencia, I live by Woolton Woods and we have planted wild flower havens in several places around the woods .
the two large fields are mowed but a Ten meter deep area around the fields are left wild   Wink

As much green, meadows and trees etc must be looked after. It's a great plan to preserve!  Cool

but our beloved council are selling them off Sefton Meadows for instance
